Permits you to specify the Federal and State tax rates. Values entered are converted to percentages (i.e. a "7" will be converted to 7%.)

When completed, you can click one of the following buttons:

• the "add" button to display the information;
• the "clear" button to clear the fields in the screen; or
• the "cancel" button to return to Manager Panel Screen.
