Permits you to specify the percentage rate to be applied to the total cost (exclusive of taxes) or a flat rate. Percentage values are converted to percentages (i.e. a "7" will be converted to 7%.). Flat rate is a dollar amount that will be added to the order as shipping charges regardless of weight, item count or total cost.

When completed, you can click one of the following buttons:

• the "add" button to display the information;
• the "clear" button to clear the fields in the screen; or
• the "cancel" button to return to Manager Panel Screen.
