Creating New Link

In addition to Items and other Categories, Category pages can also have links to External Pages. To create a new link click on the New Link button on the Edit Panel. You will then be taken to a screen where you have the following options:

• Link Name - Permits you to enter a name for the External Link.

• Icon - Permits you to specify a URL to a small image file.

• URL - Here you may enter the URL of your intended External Link. This URL must begin with http://

• Description - Permits you to enter a description for the External Link.

  When completed, you can click any of the following buttons:

• the "add" button to add the External Link to the page;
• the "clear" button to clear the fields in the screen; or
• the "cancel" button to return to the previous screen without adding a new External Link.
