Permits you to enter the payment methods which you will be accepting at your on-line store. To add a new payment method, perform the following:

• Enter Shipping method name (eg. US Postal Service)

• Enter the Destination Countries this rate will apply to. (eg. United States)

• Select the method in which this rate is calculated (i.e. by item count or by item weight).

• Enter the lower limit, upper limit and rate in their appropriate fields. Do not use units when entering any information. For instance, for item weight between 100 grams and 200 grams assume the shipping rate is $5.00. In the Lower Limit enter simply enter: 100. In the upper limit enter: 200. In the rate field enter 5.00.
  If you intend to base shipping charges according to item weight, be sure to have entered each item's weight on the Edit Item screen in the same unit of measure.

When completed, you can click one of the following buttons:

• the "add" button to add shipping method;
• the "clear" button to clear the fields in the screen; or
• the "cancel" button to return to Manager Panel Screen.
