You understand and agree that any password information shall be kept confidential and to notify us immediately if you suspect your password has been compromised.

You understand and agree that you must have the rights to all material on your Store Pages.

You understand and agree that you may only upload legal content to your Store Pages. You also agree we may alter these terms and conditions at any time or cancel or modify the service in any way we see fit without prior notice to you.

You acknowledges that Createastore.com takes its responsibility to the on-line community (including on-line shoppers) seriously and wishes to minimize the number of complaints relating to stores hosted at Createastore.com. In this regard, you represent that your business: possesses all relevant business licenses; abides by all laws; and you along with the other owners and directors of the business have not been convicted and are not currently facing criminal charges in respect of the business or related business; have a phone number and physical address for your business; and have not engaged in spam or other unethical practices in the past. As well you agree to post your store contact information (including phone and physical address) along with hours of operation when you can be contacted on the pages of the on-line storefront.

If you are registering to use our storefront creation services as a small entity, you represent that you: have less than 100 employees, are privately held, are not listed on any stock exchange, and have revenues of less than $2,000,000 in your current fiscal year.
